Your House Info will go in the Location spot

Next you will start with your Trainer if your a marquess or lower. Like this;

 

Trainer:

Quest: 

My Squires(This will be a breaker from your info and your squires info)

Knight: Account Name

Champion Knight: Account Name

Baron/Baroness: Account Name

and so on based on your rank if you are a marquess or lower you can have one of each ranks lower than you. If your a duke you can have many ranks lower than you.

 

 

and what ever you want to put down here under the squires info but remember you can only have 7 lines of text, so you may have to put 2 or 3 squires on one line if your a high rank.
